Briny Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased online as e-vouchers through our website or physical gift vouchers in store.

  1. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
  2. Gift vouchers are not transferable and cannot be used as a cheque guarantee, credit/debit card or exchanged for cash.
  3. Gift vouchers are only redeemable at The Briny and not other Coastal Kitchen Family venues.
  4. Gift vouchers can be used multiple times until the balance is redeemed in full.

If purchasing ‘The Briny Festive Gift Voucher’ the following terms and conditions apply

  1. ‘The Briny Festive Gift Voucher’ is valid for use between 1st January 2026 – 31st March 2026 and cannot be extended.
  2. Gift vouchers are not transferable and cannot be used as a cheque guarantee, credit/debit card or exchanged for cash.
  3. Gift vouchers are only redeemable at The Briny and not other Coastal Kitchen Family venues.
  4. Gift vouchers can be used multiple times until the balance is redeemed in full.

Bookings

  • For all changes, urgent concerns or queries regarding your booking, please speak to a member of our team directly – 02392826676.
  • Whilst we try our very best to accommodate special requests in booking comments, we do not guarantee specific tables.
  • Please make us aware of any allergies or intolerances at your time of booking.
  • For reservations for groups of 8 or more, we kindly request a £10pp deposit to secure your booking and therefore are unable to make preliminary bookings. For tables of 10 or more, we will also request a pre-order of meal choices for your table.
  • If you are more than 20 minutes late for your reservation and we have not been notified, your reservation will no longer be honoured.
  • If  ‘The Deck’ Seating area is the only seating option available on our booking system, this indicates that we are fully booked inside at that time. ‘The Deck’ Seating reservations are weather dependant; in the event of poor weather conditions, we cannot guarantee moving you to a table indoors.
  • Due to our open kitchen, we are unable to welcome dogs inside the restaurant, however we welcome all dogs outside on The Deck.
  • If booking online, card details will be required at the time of booking. You will receive a booking confirmation shortly after booking.

Deposit Policy

Deposits Required for Large Bookings:

  • For bookings of 8 or more guests, we kindly request a £10pp deposit to be paid at the time of booking. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for the deposit to be refunded.
  • If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking, the deposit will not be refunded.

Pre-Paid Events:

  • For pre-paid events we kindly request payment in full at the time of booking. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for the event for the deposit to be refunded.
  • If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking, the deposit will not be refunded.​
