How do I book a table?

Are you dog-friendly?
Due to our open kitchen, we cannot allow dogs inside the restaurant. However, we warmly welcome dogs on our outside terrace.

Can I bring my own cake for a celebration?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own cake and candles. Alternatively, you can order a cake through The Tenth Hole. Let them know it’s for a booking at The Briny, and we can arrange to have it ready for your celebration.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Do you offer a separate menu on Sundays?
During the winter months, we serve Sunday Lunch accompanied by a live jazz saxophonist from 12 pm to 4 pm. Visit our Sundays at The Briny Page for more details.

The online booking page only allows me to book for 7 people. Can I book for more?
For parties of 8 or more, we kindly request a £10 per person deposit to secure the booking. Please phone the team to book larger parties. For parties of 10 or more, we also require a pre-order at least 48 hours before your booking.

Do you offer shellfish platters?
Yes, we do! Our shellfish platters include either a whole lobster or crab, accompanied by oysters, crevettes, pickled cockles, samphire, taramasalata, fries, sourdough & seaweed butter. The price depends on the size and weight of the crab or lobster:

Crab platters: £90–£130 (approx.)
Lobster platters: £150–£180 (approx.)

Shellfish platters require 48 hours’ notice and a £50 deposit to secure. Please phone the team to preorder.

Do you have a children’s menu?

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes, we offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Link to menu.

Can I reserve a specific table or area?
We will do our best to accommodate specific table requests. However, we cannot guarantee seating arrangements. Please mention your preference when booking, and our team will do their best to assist.

Is parking available near the restaurant?
Yes, there is public parking available on the road outside The Briny. It is operated as a pay and display or RingGo system.
